Haleiwa Beach Park Seawall Assessment and Repair

Sea Engineering Inc. was contracted for the emergency stabilization of the historic Haleiwa Seawall fronting Haleiwa Beach Park. The project consisted of shoring the existing seawall and excavating underside to remove loose materials. A footing in the length of deteriorated sections was then added to support the wall. Various sections of the wall were then repaired and a walking apron was added at the base of the wall. The additional footings are 6 ft. in width, 7 ft. in depth and 363 ft. in length.
