Ryan Arfman, Construction Division Manager

 

Ryan Arfman is a veteran of the construction industry in Hawaii with a focus on concrete structures, civil works, temporary structures, and hoisting.  His current efforts are centered around collaborating with the project teams to ensure quality execution on all phases of Sea Engineering’s construction projects. In addition to technical interests, Ryan is passionate about implementing sustainable strategies to waterfront construction.  A graduate of Purdue University, Ryan also holds professional certifications from the American Concrete Institute and the US Green Building Council.
